Q. Where is Acton Indoor?
Acton Indoor is within the Los Angeles County boundaries and is approximately 5 minutes south of the Antelope Valley and 20 minutes North of Santa Clarita Valley. The facility is nestled between the foothills of the beautiful Angeles Crest mountains and the 14 freeway.
Q. Are there video cameras on-site?
Acton Indoor uses video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are located at the point of entry and exit and several other areas around the facility.
Q. Can anybody drive onto this property or is a PIN number needed to enter?
Our facility has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.
Q. What is a roll up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space. These roll up doors are 13’ wide by 14’ high.

Yes. All of our indoor storage units have motion sensor lights inside the unit in addition to adequate outdoor lighting.

Q. What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask your Store Manager for information about 24-hour access.
Q. Will my indoor unit have power to charge my vehicle batteries?
A battery charging receptacle is available to our tenants for an additional charge. Please ask our manager about this added feature.
Q. How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance so you can plan ahead.
